Returns Summary

Any applicable returns from US addresses will be in the form of a non-expiring Store Credit (eGift Card) valued at the cost of your order minus the cost of destination shipping and return label for the product. 

This card can be used for anything listed on our site. 

Original shipping costs and any package protection insurance are not refundable.

 We do not offer refunds to original payment sources.

Please use our returns portal to initiate all returns and exchanges. You will need to return your item within 7 days from the delivery date. Your eGift Card will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after your return is accepted and received. 

Eligibility Guidelines

To be eligible for return, the product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original delivered condition which includes all labels, tags, and packaging still in tact. The item should be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage, or alterations. Perfume, makeup, animal hair, other odors/stains, or missing tags are all considered violations that put your eligibility for a return at risk. 

We reserve the right and discretion in determining the eligibility for any returns including but not limited to the condition of any returned order and repeat returners.

We take every process seriously and record every return and/or exchange. If you are found to be abusing these processes we reserve the right to terminate service.

Defective Products

Please carefully inspect the product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects. Any physical flaws or wrongfully packaged items should be reported within 3 days after the delivery date.


Due to our small shop structure and the limited nature of our products we can only allow exchanges if we have the available inventory in stock. Our inventory goes quickly so please first contact us to see if an exchange is a possibility. 

Final Sale

Any items described as final sale are not eligible for return. No exceptions.

International Orders

We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. The buyer is responsible for returning the product and paying any applicable shipping costs. 

We strongly recommend that items returned be insured and trackable to ensure the items are received without issue. 

Please follow the steps below if your product is eligible for a return. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation along with your store credit electronic gift card. If you have any questions please email to
